Key ownership

Omni Wallet generates your cryptographic keys locally. Your private key never leaves your device and is never sent to Only on DeFi or the DeFi Network. You share only a public address when receiving rewards.

Validator onboarding privacy

  • No name required (email only).
  • X handle is optional.
  • Location is optional and can be broad (region only).
  • Infrastructure details help us support you, not track you.

Network encryption

  • Peer-to-peer communication is encrypted in transit.
  • Nodes & validators share blocks/transactions — not personal identity data.
  • Only public addresses are visible on-chain (like all blockchains).
